The failtrain just a-keeps-on-a-rollin’! Deputy Minister for Women, Children and People With Disabilities, Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu said in a media briefing earlier today that the owners of the firm that had been contracted to provide Thami Jantjie for signing at the Nelson Mandela Memorial in Soweto on Tuesday had pulled something of a ninja bomb.
The owners of SA Interpreters are “cheats”, and have “vanished into thin air,” according to the deputy minister.
Jantie, meanwhile, has claimed that his nonsense signing is the result of a schizophrenic episode he suffered due to emotional stress during the memorial. Apparently he saw angels coming into the stadium.
Jantie also admitted that his schizophrenia did occasionally compel him to react violently.
Quick reminder that he was standing right next to the world’s most powerful people for a number of hours. Eitsa.
